Mr Sihle Hlongwane is a Director at Mhlanga Inc. and Head of the Labour Department. He is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa and holds an LLB degree from the University of South Africa.

Before joining the firm, he worked as an interpreter for the Department of Justice and Constitutional Development at various Magistrates’ Courts and High Courts in KwaZulu-Natal. He also served as a shop steward for the Public Servants Association, where he represented employees in disciplinary hearings, arbitrations, and labour-related matters.

He joined Mhlanga Inc. as a Candidate Attorney in April 2017, was admitted as an attorney in October 2019, and was later appointed as a Director of the firm.
