Mr Sthembelo Mhlanga is the Founder and Managing Director of Mhlanga Inc and an admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa as well as a qualified Conveyancer. He holds an LLB (2001) and an LLM in Maritime Law (2002) from the University of Natal.

He established Mhlanga Inc in January 2007. His experience includes Labour and High Court litigation, Commercial and Contract Law, Property and Conveyancing, and Forensic Investigations. 

Mr Mhlanga has built a strong practice specialising in commercial law, labour law, conveyancing, procurement law, municipal advisory work, forensic investigations, and High Court litigation, serving both public and private sector clients.

He is a former Deputy Chairperson of the Municipal Bid Appeals Tribunal, a former Attorneys’ Board Examinations Examiner, and was appointed Acting Judge in the Labour Court in 2022. He is also a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
